Antarctica 2008

I received a phonecall on the 7th February asking if I could go to Antarctic 'tomorrow'! Unfortunately a cameraman friend and colleague of mine had been injured and medivaced and the BBC needed a replacement. Needless to say I agreed! Three days later I was on my way south to join the team on the Yacht "The Golden Fleece".

I am happy to say that the injured cameraman is back at work.
