OTHER RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

I have worked in over 80 countries over the last 28 years and have extensive experience with both Wildlife filming and anthropological documentaries. I also have experience shooting music videos, corporate promos and commercials. I work mostly on HD now but have a wealth of experience on S16mm and 35mm Film and most video formats including DV, HDV, Infra-red and thermal imaging. I have experience with camera traps for both day and infra red at night (first shots of Sumatran Tigers in the wild!) I am a trained and experienced Steadicam operator and have done over 200 hours of aerial photography in helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. I have varied climbing experience, mostly ropework in trees and forest canopy. I have limited experience in both polar regions. I am also a trained SCUBA diver. I am semi fluent in French, and can order a beer in many other languages.

I have a lightweight travel Elvis costume if required, and have performed in Mauritania, Kenya and Indonesia. Elvis was recently spotted in South Africa with White Rhino!
